SOME RESULTS OF THE STUDY ON DETERMINING DIGITAL COMPETENCE NEEDS OF CITIZENS

The study identifies digital skills Mongolian citizens need in everyday life and assesses current skill levels. It recommends revising competency frameworks and tailoring development programs to differences in location, age, gender, employment, and income.
